A five-year settlement between Haji Iskandar Khan Yavar and Haji Isma‘il (on behalf of his wife and ‘Azimat Khanum), Muhammad Sultan (on behalf of his wife), Sultan Baygum Khanum (as the guardian of Mirza Abu Turab Khan), and Fatimah Khanum (Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali's wife), regarding the proceeds of some properties in Varaqah village of Hashtrud district. The lessee is responsible for damages due to pests or natural disasters. The price of a dozen trees in the land was determined to be twenty tumans.
